Visits to the "Pedra Santa" can be made, either walking (and going through the forest) for three hours or by a mild walk-and-drive.

Floresta Nacional de Ipanema

A portion of the forest (Mata Atlântica) that is not situated on the seaside. The photo shows a waterfall on the Fazenda Ipanema, next to an old factory of weapons (mainly swords and the like).
